These terms govern your use of this website. The terms that govern buying from the HAVIT marketplace are different: they are presented to you inside the HAVIT app, and you are asked to accept them before you place an order. Nothing on this site sells you anything.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is
An informational site about the HAVIT marketplace and the company behind it: text, images, logos and links. It does not take orders, take payment, or create an account for you. Everything transactional happens in the app.
We may change, add to, or withdraw any part of this site at any time.
3. Who may use it
You may use this site if you are 18 or older and your use of it is lawful where you are. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
4. What you agree not to do
Please do not:
- use the site unlawfully, or to infringe anyone else's rights
- interfere with the site's security, or with anyone else's use of it
- copy, adapt or build on the site or its design beyond ordinary reading, printing and sharing
- attempt to derive our source code, or access parts of the site that are not public
- collect the site's content systematically, by scraping, crawling or any other automated means
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership on the pages
5. Ownership
The site, its content and the HAVIT name and logo belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Reading, printing and sharing a page is fine. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
We link to other sites — app stores, service providers — for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them or for how they handle your data. When you follow a link away from here, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
7. Accuracy
We keep this site current, but product availability, prices, fees and delivery terms are set in the app, and the app is what governs. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
8. Liability
We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and no further. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — for example lost profit, lost data or lost time. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
This section is about this website. It does not affect your rights as a customer when you buy through the app; those are governed by the terms you accept there and by consumer-protection law.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. It covers this site and the apps, and it says exactly what is collected, who sees it, how long it is kept and how to delete an account.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and disputes about them go to the competent courts in Israel.
